License to Use User Content: By using the Services, you grant Hendshake a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, and publicly perform your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and promoting the Services. This license continues even if you stop using the Services, except for User Content that you have deleted.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
User Responsibilities: You are responsible for your use of the Services and the content you create, upload, or publish. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or collect or store personal information of other users.
